We rested as a large group from 23.08 to 25.08.2023. From what I liked a large and exquisite territory, a lake, a forest, various locations. The spa is also nice. That, unfortunately, is all... The service is at the level of the average top three. Double standard rooms are small and cramped for two. The hotel room of the declared level does not even have an electric kettle. Most of the staff are not friendly. But the apogee was the case during check out, when we were billed for supposedly stolen things from the hotel room. On my offer to open the suitcase and demonstrate the absence of crime , I was refused and insisted on paying. That 's why, dear ones, an attentive show room is mandatory upon check in!!! Because upon eviction you will be told that the maid said what happened... By the way, does anyone know what a reusable linen bag for laundry looks like, costing UAH 338.53?
