Strensham Southbound Services

I must say I was totally impressed by the toilets in these services, immaculately clean with fresh flowers and hand lotion and soap of baliss and hard. what a pleasure to use only compliant, softer toilet fabric, otherwise a beautiful experience.

Have to say,this place has certainly changed for the better since my days years ago when I regularly used it en route to Wales. Even has a designated dog exercising area...although no dogs allowed inside, so in poor weather,it's necessary to grab your meal and eat in your vehicle. Cmon guys,many eateries these days allow dogs in ,if only to a designated area. But on the positive side,everywhere was clean and tidy and the various food offerings were interesting and decently served we ate outside on a bench,of course fortunately the weather was OK)

Wow. visited the early Friday evening ende mai and it was absolutely packed! the search for parking was chaotic. Maybe some workers helped outside and made it safer and more efficient. have never seen a snake for a mcdonald. probably about 50 waiting for her to eat. still a clean modern service, although it is very busy. Facilities include m s, mcdonald’s, spar, leon, costa and a phone shop.

Clean and tidy loos. Went to Costa for a coffee they got my order wrong. But were quick enough to put it right. Then my grand daughter went to the Cook fresh place and ordered a curry. It took them 25min to serve her her food. And kept serving other people around her. Until I went and stood with her. Not good form.

Stopped here many times over the years. It has changed dramatically. Plenty of choices of food and drink all at reasonable prices. Toilet facilities need a bit more monitoring when busy. These were not the cleanest on the day. Other than that no problems and will use again.
