Jersey Mike's - Streetsboro

Went for dinner ordered on the app for pickup. Everyone was super nice! I made a customization on the order but I guess it didnt save on the app and they remade it for me anyway! Bald guy with the tattoos I believe is the manager and he was very accommodating and nice! Food was fresh and tasty! Will deff be back!

I've had their hot subs and I've had their cold subs all are excellent super tasty! Meats and cheeses sliced fresh for your sub, bread is baked fresh for your sub. Fast courteous and friendly. Best sub place around IMO!

The food at this restaurant is satisfactory, but it could be improved by adding more vegetables to the sub. The bread was a bit too hard, but the steak and cheese were perfectly done.

It appears that this restaurant chooses their own opening hours without regard for their posted schedule. If they are supposed to close at 9, don't arrive after 7 expecting them to be open. Unfortunately, it seems that the employees don't mind closing early and being lazy. It's frustrating to see them act entitled. Remember, skilled labor comes at a cost and cheap labor is not always skilled. Overall, not impressed with their lack of professionalism.

Today we had 2 subs delivered from Jersey Mike's - the Club Sub and the Famous Philly. Both sandwiches were absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, and all the ingredients were high quality without any skimping. We will definitely be ordering from Jersey Mike's again. - Ron and Sue
