Teke's Lounge - Streator

I live outside of town and my husband and I always come here. It's are go to spot during the week. The soups are amazing. The waitress told us they are always homemade every morning! We normally get the same thing when we go but they always have great daily specials that sound amazing!!

Used to be a regular but prices have gone through the roof and portions are half what they used be. I went from visiting 2-3 times a week to maybe once a month. I know they are trying to stay profitable but it's driving away customers. If they don't fix this, it can quickly become a death spiral.

Specials were on point today they had a breaded chicken breast on a big biscuit with bacon and country gravy that was real good . Very clean and the staff is always nice.

It's 4:30 and it's closed, and the entrance is not well indicated.
