Mcdonald's - Strathroy

I really enjoy this McDonald's, but I do have a minor issue. A few times when I've visited, I've noticed some of the older staff members talking condescendingly to the younger employees. I know it's a fast-paced environment, but it's important for employees to create a safe and supportive workplace where new team members feel comfortable asking questions or raising concerns. Being spoken down to doesn't contribute to a positive atmosphere. The young employees are doing an excellent job and should be encouraged to keep it up!

I absolutely adore this particular location! Kerri, Jordan, and the staff are always cheerful and energetic first thing in the morning. They make an effort to remember customers' names and orders, often greeting them by name as they walk in and starting their order before they reach the counter. The service at this McDonald's goes above and beyond with a smile.

I arrived at the restaurant around 11 am and noticed that it was clean. However, there was a mistake with my order as I only received one fish fillet instead of the two that I had ordered. The staff acknowledged the error and promised to hold onto the missing fillet for me to pick up on my next visit.

Always fresh! The best McDonald's there is...friendly...quick and fresh! The taste and the food actually looks like the pictures of the food unlike other McDonald's

Stopped for the McWrap deal for lunch special with mama while in Strathroy. Very good however the product wasn't as big as the pics made it look yet like everything else the prices keep going up.
