Tomoya Japanese Restaurant

Tomoya is located in strathfield plaza. Despite its humble size, tomoya has an extensive menu of Japanese and Korean food. service is very good and price is affordable, which explains for its popularity. we ordered a mix of all korean (seafood pancakes, fried chicken,...mandu rice cake soup, pork, sweet potato noodles) and japanese (adegashi tofu, lachsdonburi.) I think the quality of food is in comparison to other specialized restaurant. but for a big group it is fantastic. it meets all needs. the restaurant does not accept booking

This place facing the other road in strathfield always has a line outside. ordered 1/2 roasted chicken, beef bibimbap and beef stew. they are very generous with the banchan (beside courts) my favorite is the picked rettich and soulweedsalat. very busy, very well appreciated also. will be back!

My family had a very pleasant meal in this restaurant. After we finally decided what we order from an extensive menu, we were given about 6 small bowls to blow. we loved that. the food we ordered was delivered quickly. the serviettes. were all generous. my man is vegetarian and he enjoyed his meal very much.

I love eating here and coming here quite often. the customer service is on the colder side. it kills me to say this, but I don't feel welcome here because I am not Korean/Asian: very in contrast to Korean/Japanese/Asian culture not hospitable. but if you say that other human experiences could be different. I am a naturally smiling person, but it is so difficult to get a smile from the workers here. they always seem so atmospheric:
