Contribuiți la feedbackThree times at this location … they do not know the hockey cards are only $1.00 if you buy a coffee. Bought a medium steeped tea and medium dark roast coffee, as well as a beef cravable. Charged us $1.99 per pack x 2 packs. Asked the window attendant who explained she charged $1.99 per pack and didn’t understand the discount to be applied. She called over a second worker and the acting manager. No one could figure it out. The manager told us the exact same total $14 and something) and said the discount was already included. Lol We left without buying anything and in the future, try to choose one of the other locations
I LOVE the Mobile App and 98% of the time, my order is sitting awaiting my arrival. I had a few glitches when I first tried to use it, and screwed up a few times, but the staff were very patient to help me sort it our.
I wanted this review to read as follows: Well, I have to give the Devil his due; I had exceptionally good service today. After driving home from a small family gathering--during which we had been told at the Westbound 401 Onroute Tim Horton 's that their French Vanilla machine was down--we stopped at the Erie St. Tim Horton 's to order (you guessed it) French Vanillas. The machine was down there too. We ordered Timbits and asked for hot chocolate. No joy, they don 't have that either. We drove away with our Timbits to the Huron St. location for our French Vanillas. I 'm a big fan of the phrase vote with your feet. If we keep supporting them, there 's no incentive to get better. But, where else can I get coffee and snacks at a drive thru when I 'm on the road? They have us by the Bieber Bits. There 's absolutely no pressure to fix what is broken.
My Americano and apple fritter were both acceptable: standard for the brand. The location and ambience are good; service is very good.
Inside the restaurant, the floors are dirty, and the staff seem untrained in making specialty drinks like iced caramel macchiatos. The machines are not cleaned properly, there is a lack of baked goods available, and the staff are loud, unprofessional, and seem to be understaffed. Overall, I would not recommend this Tim Hortons location to anyone. It is poorly managed and dysfunctional, and I believe it would be best to tear it down and start fresh with a new establishment.
