Monforte on Wellington - Stratford

Unfortunately, the restaurant is closing its doors here. It will be relocating to Shakespeare Street nearby. At the moment, they are only selling cheese and other products, with no meals available. The restaurant will be completely closed in the near future.

While dining at this restaurant, I felt like a much cooler and trendier person. The ambiance is adorable, elegant, and incredibly hip.

Monforte is excellent. We visited twice during our three-day trip to Stratford. The cheese platter is consistently amazing, and the tapas are delightful.

Appreciate being appreciated. Wonderful ladies work lunch at MonForte, Stratford Great food awesome wine! AND you pay by what you drink; yes by weight.We ordered different small items and then shared these among 4 of us and surprisingly I was more than full. Very fun off beat different kind of place to relax and share. Lots of stuff to look at. Unusual menu but very good food. I understand the outdoor patio is great but we ate inside as it was a rainy day.Tables are rustic so be careful not to push your wine glass over an uneven part.
