Hunter's At The Fox - Stratford

This is my first time being at Hunters at the fox and the staff was really awesome and the food was fantastic.

Very friendly staff and I loved the food! And great prices too !

I recently visited Hunters at the Fox for Burger Love. The burger was decent, but it lacked a WOW factor; the toppings were definitely the highlight! Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We waited an hour and twenty minutes for our meal, and we only received a water refill five minutes before leaving, right after we finished eating. We spent nearly two hours there in total, and the waitress simply apologized for the wait without any real acknowledgment. If it hadn't been for my tired child and the fact that I live over an hour away, I would have raised more of a fuss. I was also disappointed that the kids' meals were the same as those at Hunters Ale House but priced much higher—almost the same as a full-sized meal! Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be going back, which is surprising since I've always enjoyed Hunters restaurants in the past.

Great atmosphere!! Food and service was great as well!!

Ordered takeout from Hunters at the Fox and were VERY happy with our meals. My steak was done perfectly med rare for my steak sandwich and fries were still crispy and hot when we got home. Others had wings and the burger all very happy. Glad they've come to the neighbourhood great addition to Stratford.
