Wildwood Kitchen - Stratford-on-Avon

Initially hesitant to dine at this establishment, I was pleasantly surprised when the server noticed me and encouraged me to take a seat. Not particularly hungry, my wife and I opted for two appetizers and a main dish. She played it safe with a bread and hummus plate, while I took a risk with a sourdough bread dish. It took me a while to adjust to the unique concept, but it was a positive experience. For our main course, we ordered mushroom tagliatelle, and the mushrooms truly stole the spotlight. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and found the service to be excellent. If I lived in Stratford, I would definitely dine here again.

The food was okay, but the portions for children were incredibly small. Additionally, the service was lacking as we were not asked if we wanted any sauces with our meals.

Stopped here for a quick basic lunch. We both chose pasta but my Penne Arrabiata was disgusting. The pasta was overcooked and fell to pieces plus the sauce was just coloured water with a few bits of tomato in it. No way could I pick up the penne without it breaking into pieces and the sauce did not stick to the pasta at all... it looked more like a thin soup. My friend's Carbonara was of similar quality and both dishes were tasteless. Service was slow too. We didn't bother to complain at the time as we just wanted to leave asap. My advice move on and don't waste your time and money here as there are plenty of other restaurants in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Good value lunch time meal. I had butternut squash soup, and a smaller pizza which came with salad. However, not that small and I couldn 't eat all of it, although it was very tasty. Staff friendly, service very good. Also, loads of space behind the 'shop front '.

This restaurant in Stratford-upon-Avon is my top pick for dining. The menu offers a variety of options for all tastes and the food is delicious in a charming setting. Both my husband and I enjoyed the unique choices and the staff is friendly and attentive. We dined here three times in just four days and can't wait to return for more!
