Contribuiți la feedbackOn Sunday, August 27th, 2023, my husband and I decided to stop at 'The Lime Tree Restaurant' in the Stratford Garden Centre for some coffee and cake on our way back home. We enjoyed large slices of coffee and walnut cake along with a pot of Darjeeling tea for my husband and a latte for myself. The atmosphere inspired me to write a poem called ‘Back To Reality’. After our visit, we also stopped by the farm shop to pick up something for dinner, so we wouldn't have to go out again once we got home to Birmingham. Overall, it was a lovely pit stop on our journey back home.
Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food, the reasonable prices, and the exceptional and friendly service.
Great food we shared baked potato with panni Cumberland sausage coffees and cake. This place has really stepped up and is great for a meet up with friends for lunch
I hadn't visited this restaurant in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great expansion. The menu was diverse and intriguing. The customer service was excellent, efficient, and attentive. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
A party of 23 ladies for afternoon tea we were treated to delicious fresh baked cakes and pastries, scones and sandwiches. A wonderful selection of teas served in individual pots and pretty china cups, on linen tablecloths. The service was excellent and the staff helpful, efficient and friendly. Special thanks to Sarah for smooth organisation. Highly recommended if you have a group to arrange for.
