The Baking Company - Stratford

It’s probably the best place to come for brunch in Stratford. They have a broad selection of cabinet foods and a brunch menu. For some reason, it was very smoky indoors when we visited, everyone was sitting in the smoke and our clothes smelled like smoke. I recommend their Cuban Pork Sandwich.

Best in town Such amazing food, coffee and friendly service. I asked for any keto friendly options. The chef made me a wrap (without the wrap) in lettuce, with freshly cooked bacon, egg and all the salad and dressings! She offered to make again if she was working on the day. Thank you so much ⁸

Stopped off at The Baking Company, Stratford, on the way thru to New Plymouth. Was disappointed to see the sign saying 'Kitchen Closed ', but was delighted to see the huge array of cabinet kai. I had the Pork, Apple Fennel sausage roll, and it was delicious. I also got a kāwhe, cappuccino with chocolate and a mango Smoothie. The place was packed, and there was a ka pai vibe going on. Service was excellent, kai kāwhe arrived promptly and with a lovely smile. It 's definitely worth visiting, and I hope to try out their menu another time.

I had a steak and cheese pie which was nice and the meat was Tender. I’m not a big fan of that much pastry however, overall was nice. I had an oatmilk latte which was nice and served at a great temperature.
