Stratford Bakery

Too many to choose from will have to go back for more varieties. Thoroughly recommend a stop, you won't regret it.

I was surprised by the array of bakery items on display. The pies, pasties and sausage rolls are delicious. Pricing is very reasonable too. The flour used to bake is good quality as the bread rolls are very tasty and the bread texture is lush. Highly recommended.

As a group of cyclists, every time we pass through Stratford we always make a point of buying their coffee scrolls. They have varied through the years. The most recent visit the scrolls were not as we remembered but still good, didn't have the coffee flavoured icing, (small point)

Today I was in Stratford for the final day of the Shakespeare Festival. While walking around town I visited the bakery .It was soo busy I left and came back later in the afternoon.The choice was amazing, such a great variety and every thing looked scrumptious .My choice was a lovely fresh Apple & Rhubarb Strudel , lovely pastry and plenty of fruit.Great Bakery, give it a try when in or travelling through Stratford. Staff were very pleasant.

We stopped for a pit stop and ended up having lunch once we clapped eyes on the bakery. Sausage rolls and pies were fantastic. Cakes great too. Very busy but the staff were calm and friendly.
