El Cafecito Deli - Stratford

Excellent quality, and very fresh tasting food! We stopped here while passing through. It's right off the Merritt and well worth a quick stop!

Going from Massachusetts to New Jersey we stopped at this place to have lunch and use the restroom. We ordered the beef tacos and chicken ceaser wrap with drinks was less than $30. Food was certainly fresh, you could smell the ingredients as soon as the plate arrived. Simple and fresh food is all we were looking for, but we also found a very friendly and helpful staff. I wish this restaurant was closer from home.

By far the best Cuban ever! And the sauce that comes with it, is just amazingly delicious! The staff is so nice and friendly! We were told 20 minutes for our delivery, and 20 minutes it was!

Do not sleep on this hidden gem. We moved to Stratford during the pandemic in early 2020 and have heard great things, but never got around to visiting. This afternoon we stopped by to try the pupusas. We got cheese, bean cheese, and chicharron cheese. All were fantastic. The chicken quesadilla was great and I loved that they used breaded chicken cutlet. The inside was very clean and i'm eager to get back and trying more of their menu, especially the tacos!
