Strasburg Country Store

The ice cream was decent, but I was uncomfortable with the staff handling cash and everything else before serving my ice cream cone without gloves or washing their hands. While the prices were reasonable, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I wouldn't return.

I hate to give this place a 2 star review but it was pretty miserable. No problems with the ice cream it's a nice little store. It was very busy the girl behind the counter was rude obviously annoyed.... She kept yelling to move the line because we're blocking the doors. No one was really sure where she wanted us to go. Instead of calmly talking to us she slammed things around behind the counter and made us feel like we are stupid for not knowing where she wants us. Like I said, the ice cream was fine but there's not a chance I'll be back, I can get ice cream anywhere. I'm not going to put the girls name in a review but if a manager would like to contact me I will give it to them. Maybe some training would fix this

Ice cream was ok. The stores were neat. Most shop owners were friendly.

I have to admit, this place feels a bit like a tourist trap. As a local, I can say the ice cream isn’t bad, but it’s quite expensive for what you get. If you’re visiting town with small children, it's worth stopping by to explore the shop, even though it’s not inexpensive either. On the bright side, I really like their cozy little outdoor seating area.

The girl at the counter appeared to be unwell and was coughing everywhere, which is a serious health concern in a food establishment. Additionally, the table we were seated at was dirty and covered in grime. My husband and I decided to leave as a result.
