Table for 4 people for lunch one Saturday, without reservation. Very good reception and excellent service throughout the meal. Good organization in the room and in the kitchen to synchronize the service of aperitives and various hot dishes then. 3 excellent, warm, heart sauerkrauts (but without exaggeration, well proportioned) and tasteful (cuit and without excessive cabbage juice on the plates), accompanied by a wonderful Pinot Gris. Classic and very good desserts. Balanced and good child menu. Reasonable prices and respect for Covid rules. A safe address in Strasbourg. It was our first time, we'll be back with pleasure. Thank you for this moment of happiness.
