Pizza Hut - Strasbourg

We ordered food and went to get it. Some pizzas weren't good, they had to prepare them again. Meanwhile, the other half cooled. They also forgot something in the order. I wouldn't recommend this place!

I would give five stars to the person who took the command because he spoke very well in English and took command. Actually, we have 15 minutes to take the bus. We warned him before giving the order. He said it was okay, I'll give it to you in 10 minutes. as mentioned, they gave exactly in 10 minutes and pizza is super tasty. Toilets available on site. Seats are available but not a large seating area. In the day, there should be waiting, I guess (I mean crowded. I've lived all the above.

Our experience at Pizza Hut Strasbourg was absolutely remarkable, deserving an unreserved recommendation. During our last visit, we forgot to add an item to our order. With great caution, the gentleman at the counter not only changed our order just before his expedition, but also added the missing item with an impressive efficiency and smile. This is not our first order in this establishment and, as always, the service has been exceptional. The Pizza Hut Strasbourg team is distinguished by its attention to detail and reactivity, ensuring a memorable customer experience every time. We would like to thank the whole team warmly for their professionalism and dedication. As a regular customer, we are constantly impressed by their level of service and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality culinary experience. Bravo and thank you again!
