Le Roestich - Strasbourg

A meal consisting of torched salty and sweet pies. the dough is light and the ingredients well-backed especially for the goat and honey pie. the atmosphere and friendly, the warm decors. It takes 10€ per pie, a correct price considering the quality.

This restaurant no longer exists, it has recently changed its owner and to see the "bistrot m" the kitchen has remained the same, a part of the staff too.

It's not the big kitchen (loin from there) but it's very good! an easy recipe that becomes the speciality of the restaurant. a rösti is a rapper of potatoes and onions that are made with bacon, cheese, egg etc...Yes we love, do we do them at home? No, we're coming to eat them here with friends and a glass of red between noon and two. The service is fast (10 min) waitresses are friendly, we taste ... a resto ticket and hop back to work.

Change of owners, while keeping the original mind. Good roestich but not that, to make a warm welcome

Good address in the heart of strasburg. dishes work, excellent products, tasty and creative cuisine. A very good time!
