Le Kougelhopf - Strasbourg

This restaurant is now called "Oktoberfest" and is well "in business" and open. We enjoyed our light lunch and the service was really friendly and enthusiastic. We came back in the evening because (June 21st), there was a live band outside that was really good, lots of rock and pop, SUPER.

No more kougelhopf was on sale, which is annoying for an eponymous restaurant. The welcome was pretty cold but I hope it was just a bad experience. The setting is very pleasant in the heart of Strasbourg in the heart of Petite France.

The opinions being rather mixed, I want to share my personal experience. The place is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant, the card is complete and not too expensive. The waiter is friendly... unlike what I read a lot! Perhaps there are several? In short, I recommend because it is in the middle of a small france.

Small nice terrace coffee on a beautiful small square of Petite France in Strasbourg. Ice and very good pastry.
