Brasserie Les Haras - Strasbourg

Poor culinary experience in a historic building with impressive stairs. Supportive staff. We came on a Saturday evening in December with 4. We enjoyed a reasonably good Ritterberg Riesling and 2 okish cocktails. Starters were quite small and good tasting: pate en croute, salmon with soy sauce. Main courses were traditional Alsacian we lived and enjoyed the region over 10 years but lacked taste. We walked down the stairs after 90 minutes and left disappointed.

The wonderful food is just part of the overall dining experience. The converted stable is exquisite. We enjoyed our before dinner cocktails and the wine pairings with dinner were perfect. The staff was polite and knowledgeable. Their English was much better than our French. We didn't feel rushed at all and enjoyed a leisurely family dinner. This was one of the best places we ate in Strasbourg. Make sure you add this to your list of places to go.

We had a perfect night. The place is simply amazing, in an old stable, modernized, with two floors and a very high ceiling. The staff was precise and smiling, and finally a waiter helped me choose between two dishes (not the classic “it depends on envy” .. we tasted the eggs to truffle, sauerkraut, purée, wok and several desserts. ... hard to choose the best dish!

Address located in a historic location in Strasbourg. Very nice restoration of the building, restaurant with a completely safe terrace of the bustle of the city with quite long and comfortable spaces. Restaurant room upstairs with a nice tank. Nice kitchen, a little cooked but in agreement with the place. Nice service. Beautiful address

Plat Dessert input 2 aperitives and 1 wine for the dish 170€ about. Value low price €€ Very nice place and a really professional team, young and really dynamic at your side throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction. I recommend without hesitation! A pleasant moment has passed!
