The herings were in total, so still filly, but they were really well seasoned, pleasantly sour with many mustard grains. Unfortunately, there were raw onion rings. I don't like that. The roast potatoes were not a highlight. Crafty okay, but tasty unfortunately not fresh potatoes but these pre-cooked for large kitchens and the pure bacon taste. By the way, the entire clothing smells as the small kitchen is practically integrated in the guest room. You smell it at the entrance. Operation was very nice.

From the outside a little inconspicuous, but after you have overcome the somewhat steep stairs, a cellar vault lies in front of one that invites you to stay. It has exactly the size it should have to make you feel comfortable. Really nice! The menu offers different directions and the prices come with the typical tourist impact around the corner, but are still appropriate. Actually, I would give a star less, because I don't like it on a relaxed evening if the service personnel miss a certain sovereignty. However, I have to say that 2 services, one of which has additionally prepared drinks, are simply too little for this guest. Consequently, service quality inevitably suffers, even though both were striving for what is recognized here. There is one star trigger (and this is very benevolent) because in the self-made sour meat the meat content was quite low and the beef roulade was similarly dry as this summer. Maybe we had only bad luck, but that certainly goes much better.
