Disappointing after all the money spent on the refurb, that it doesn't have baby changing facilities. Kid-friendliness: No baby changing facilities.

Such a welcoming pub! Lilli, Jade and James are so friendly and always smiling. They are always working so hard, I definitely recommend the food and their hot chocolates, I come here on a regular basis. Not the best experience at the Royal Oak this time round, appalling as we book a table for Xmas dinner and not much choice on the menu plus no vegetarian option? The food was warm, had to send back to get reheated plus the vegetables were hard and half cooked, we visited in the evening plus a football match was on as well Well so we could really take in the atmosphere of the place, sorry but don’t think I would have Xmas dinner next year at this pub!!
