Chipotle Mexican Grill - Stow

Pretty terrible customer service. Cashier was yelling at an older customer because she couldn't hear them while they were wearing a mask. We tried to order a cheese quesadilla, something we've had hundreds of times before at various Chipotles, and you would have thought we asked for the forbidden fruit. The rude tone that informed us we could only order it online was uncalled for, especially considering no one was behind. After problems with the online ordering, we just went across the street to another fast food restaurant.

I went to this location at night and IT WAS DIRTY AMD FOOD WAS DRY LOOKING LIKE ITS BEEN SITTING OUT.. I was so shocked how this chipotle and other chipotle act at night b/c during the day its clean but somehow when night shift come they turn rude and disgusting!!! Like the place was super dirty with old looking food on the line and they made me wait while they made the food a joke!!!

BEWARE!! The food here made me sick! Ate here last night. The food made me have stomach pain all night. Couldn't sleep because of it. I will never eat here again!

Food was great. The store was so dirty, trash overflowing and no napkins available!
