Mint Desserts - Stourbridge

Terrible. Took over an hour to recieve crepe and cookie dough. Called to say they were stone cold. The guy on the phone said are you sure? They’ve only just been sent out. When I called him on it he later said they were sent out half an hour ago. Took him minutes to decide whether he wanted to refund or replace. Couldn’t decide so I said to forget it and Iv thrown it in the bin.

Terrible service. I’d love to not even give a star. Placed an order at 22:13 for it to be delivered 22:50-23:10, didn’t arrive so tried calling the shop to find out it closed at 23:00 so can’t even speak to anyone. Order update, 23:44 still no food. Clearly don’t need the custom to decide not to deliver an order

Just tried to place an order over the phone, never again canceled my order. For a oreo waffle, ice cream, and a large bubblegum milkshake tried to charge me 29 pound!!!! Even when I went on justeat and tried ordering from mint dessert that was only 17.38p so god knows where he has 29 from what A joke. Never again. Ordered from somewhere totally different for the same thing and cost me £12.50.... if anyone would like to know where I have ordered from now it's coco desserts factory best dessert shop around here!!!!! The mint lye is out of order and trying charge more than what is expected to be.

Everytime I order waffles from these people, ice creams is always runny like water despite me telling them to make sure it’s frozen. Then the manager starts to lie and tells me he is right and hangs up the phone. Worst service ever
