Wendy's - Stony Creek

The restaurant was clean, but I ended up waiting in line for 10 minutes as three staff members struggled to find and replace the receipt paper in the printer, which they couldn't fix. Furthermore, the first sandwich I wanted to order was shown on the screens at the register, yet it turned out to be unavailable. While the employees were friendly, I would recommend steering clear of this place if you're in a rush.

Upon entering the restaurant, we noticed four employees gathered around the fryers, chatting amongst themselves. We stood there for a while without any of them acknowledging our presence. Eventually, one of them approached the register, but she continued to talk to her friends via earphones while taking our order. She asked me what I wanted twice, clearly distracted by her conversation. It was apparent that she wasn’t particularly motivated to be working. Although the food was good, when she handed it to us, she barely said thanks.

You know, they really do have the best fries! No matter where you try them in this great country, they always taste fantastic and are fresh from the fryer when you enjoy them.

Less than your typical fastfood restaurant. Fries weren't fresh, chicken nuggets were rubbery and my sandwich didn't have lettuce on it (no signage saying shortage) and the soda machine was out of carbonation. Oh and the app didn't work. It did thejob of putting food in our bellies.

The food was good. I 'm disappointed at the lack of customer service. We had to wait for awhile before placing our order. It looked like they were probably short handed. But no one greeted us. No one said we 'll be right with you . Just kept walkingright buy us as if we weren 't there.
