Premiere Pastry - Stony Brook

I came here about an hour before closing and they still had a good assortment of pastry and hot coffee. Lovely service and even a table by the little fireplace.

Came here for the first time while visiting my daughter at college. The lady that was working (I believe the owner) was phenomenal! The pastries are amazing! We will definitely be back!

I absolutely treasure this Bakery! The owner’s are so kind and welcoming. Everything that I’ve purchased has been a big hit at parties and dinner’s, especially the cheesecake!

Very disappointing eclair. The stuffing is made with whipped cream not your typical rich pasty cream that is supposed to go into eclairs. Extremely expensive at $8. The shop was beautiful and the service was friendly but this was not a real eclair! (I dislike whipped cream and dumped the eclair in the garbage sad day! .

It’s so cute and the owner is so sweet. And they were playing Taylor swift so that’s always a plus
