Horrible experience, the ice cream I ordered was freezer burnt and the cone was very stale. They had no options when it came to toppings to put on the ice cream. Not to mention the customer service experience was horrible. The employee who helped me wasn’t wearing any gloves as she touched my food. Definitely would recommend staying far away from this place. I don’t know how the board of health has not shut them down yet .

Worst place ever! I just hate the service here, I will never visit this store again!

Man behind the counter was the rudest and most un sanitary person ever

Rudest older man behind the counter .Complained that my kids asked to try ONE flavor ,Did not wear gloves however used his finger to picked up sprinkles that fell on the counter to put back into our ice cream cup ?. Go someplace else . The one in centereach much nicer

Wow! The rudest place I have ever been! I buy DD every morning from a different location for years. This morning I decided to stop in and grab two gift cards for my son 's secret Santa. It was 6:04 am to be exact. When asked if the gift cards were activated, I was rudely spoken to in a condescending manner isn 't that what the receipt says ? Well I didn 't have my glasses on and it was a simple question and just wanted to be sure. Again I received the same remark 2 additional times referring I read the receipt. A simple answer would have sufficed. Are you the manager? Yes I am DD if this is who you hire to manage your stores I vote to never purchase your product and certainly never go to this store ever again. Students, faculty and patrons.... If you want to be treated with respect and a little dignity, go next door for a cup of coffee. Don 't give them your business! And as for the manager.... You should be embarrassed to represent such a company.
