Kfc - Stoney Creek

I don’t know how this business survives, they’re short staffed on Friday dinner when it’s busy. Only 3-4 people working when they have line up in the counter, drive thru and online orders, you will notice how the crew were unorganized.

I went to the restaurant on Monday and waited 15 minutes at the counter while the staff ignored me and others to attend to the drive-thru. When I tried to order, there was no chicken available and I had to wait 25 minutes. Frustrated, I ended up leaving. I returned on Wednesday and once again had to wait over 10 minutes as they prioritized drive-thru orders. Four cars went through before they finally came to the counter. When I tried to order, they only had 2 pieces of chicken left and offered me tenders instead. Disappointed, I left again. With only 2 people working, one of them seemed inexperienced. I have no plans on returning to this restaurant.

I visited this restaurant twice and both times I ordered take-out. The first time, we waited about half an hour for our food and when we received it, it was cold. Due to the long wait, we decided to cut our losses and left. Yesterday, we went back but there was no one at the front counter. After waiting for five minutes with still no staff in sight, we decided to leave. I would not recommend this location.

Is it too much to expect pleasant and courteous service from a fast food restaurant????The staffers here are consistently unfriendly to the point of being offensive.... Not even a basic good morning....and thank you.The restaurant is in need of a good cleaning..... Health inspectors should pay them frequent visitsI used this restaurant frequently because it's convenient but after yesterday I will take my business elsewhere.After not having change for a 100$ bill at 12 noon..... She gave me back my money and said nothing.. We don't have change.... No apology..... No do you have another form of payment... She just looked at me with a condescending look like I was bothering her....I'm done!I went too burger king and they had changer and were friendly...Cherrio KFC!!

This restaurant is the worst I have ever been to. I am shocked that it passed the sanitation inspection. The interior was extremely dirty and unpleasant. We attempted to eat there, but ended up taking our food home. The chicken looked and tasted strange, leading me to throw mine away. Unfortunately, my friend ate his and became ill a few hours later. The company should address the issues with this franchise as it is damaging KFC's reputation. We will not be returning to this location. It is unfortunate for the owner/s as the staff clearly do not prioritize cleanliness, quality of food, or good service. It would not surprise me if this location closes due to its overall disgusting condition.
