My ketchup shouldn’t be hotter than my fries or my food and there’s barely any sauce on the wings.

Avoid going here at night time. I waited 20+ minutes and got the wrong order.

Always such a great place to stop after a great day. Family and friends enjoy a combo meal before the next adventure.

Well the food is always GOOD here.. it just hasn't been great as of late. The staff is mostly new and they are still learning so service is not outstanding but still definitely acceptable. This last visit I waited at an empty counter for about 5 7 minutes before my order was taken. I will add that it was about 4:30 maybe 5:00 am. But this restraunt is 24 hours and stays quite busy and staffed. I was apologized to when handed my meal and it was genuine and they gave me a brownie on the house! I will definitely eat here again. As often as I can! It's WHATABURGER you know ?!?!

This is hard to rate because the food was good and the manager was very understanding and helpful, but their app sucked. I ordered on the app and it would place the order and then immediately cancel it. After three times, the manger graciously comped the meal.
