Tropicana Ice Cream

We were craving a banana split and decided decided to give this place a try. However, to a disappointing shock, they are out of bananas today. So if their sales are down today, it could be that they are out of bananas and no one can walk down to HEB and buy more bananas which is almost literally next door. : |I am not sure I will be back.

I ordered a small corn in a cup, 3 small mangonadas, an Oreo milkshake, 3 paletas and 2 scoops of ice cream in a cup. Everything was delicious, especially the corn in a cup I wish I’d ordered a large! Our cashier, Emily, was so sweet and did a great job making everything in my order! My only small complaint is that there were two other girls working and neither of them stepped in to help make my order. They stood behind the counter talking. I didn’t mind waiting for my order to be made, but it was super inconsiderate to Emily that neither of the other girls helped.

Food: The mangonadas were delicious, the ice cream and paletas were good but not the best I’ve had.Service: The service was excellent, the lady was very friendly and patient while we ordered for 6 people.Atmosphere: The place was very, very clean, including the bathrooms.
