Hometown Burger

Best burgers near west and blanco. Forget about McDonald's and Jack in box. If you're looking for a fast burger, come an try this. Better prices than Whataburger.

Saw they were having a back to school special, me and my family were exited to try it! The Manager on duty said oh we 're out no explanation, nothing. Just bad service. He did not offer any solution or anything, just simply said we 're out, we can 't do it. I understand stock issues, but bad customer service is never okay. Never returning.

The only reason I gave 2 stars….the place was clean. We went a dinner time on a Saturday. We were the only ones there.??We had two 3 combos and fried pickles. The only flavor you could taste on the burger was mustard and not because it was a lot…the burger was tasteless. The fried pickles were a dud also. Very thin pickle lots of batter. We spent about $25. So I can’t be to disappointed. But I know we’re not to go.

Apparently they charge a credit card processing fee, this should be disclosed to customers when they are taking the order. The drive thru lady gave a me a different total then what I was charged after logging into my account. She didn’t offer a receipt, so I went in to ask , the price shows the price she had communicated, after a few minutes the lady at the register then showed me sign that wasn’t clearly shown at the front of the charges they will be charging on top of what is shown on receipt. I’m not worried about the price but more so that this was not communicated to me during check out . It’s sneaky how they approached it . Watch out here , they seem shady , I recommend asking for a receipt.If your going to do that disclose that on your receipt, not some sign that isn’t even visible to us customers. The lady that was helping had taken a moment to find the sign then points to me that oh yeah it’s the credit card fee …. Won’t be coming back here .Be aware of what they are charging . Apparently they don’t disclose what they charge .

Waited 30 minutes for a burger, fries, and a shake, while they filled about 20 drive thru orders. While waiting in the lobby with 3 other customers, I watched all employees in the grill not wearing gloves, and a male individual licking his fingers before he grabbed the burger wrap papers off the shelf in front of him. A very poor experience today.
