It seems everytime I come here the employees are obviously gossiping about the customers. The only one with excellent customer service is the young tall guy with the crazy hair!Kid-friendliness: Free ice cream

Just couldn't get anything right, I live off 1604 and Bandera, drove all the way over on patranco and 1604, and then no rolls, wrong pieces of chicken , unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea. I talked to the manager he told me I had to send a message to the company and they would message me back but that he would replace the meal well never got the message, so I called a few days later and spoke with another manager he said he couldn't replace the meal his manager told him not to, but if I had gone back on the same day they could have,but the other manager didn't tell me that, I asked for his manager to call me to this hour she have not called, it's about the meal it is the principal of it, the untruth told and the breach, no more, actually this was the second time the first time I didn't say anything.

Worst golden chick ever!!! Employees have absolutely no customer service skills and blast their ghetto music in the drive thru with nothing but cursing. I'd rather walk over hot coals than come back to this place.

WORST MEAL IN THE LAST 3 YEARS. FOOD WAS DRIED OUT CATFISH WAS TERRIBLE OKRA TASTED LIKE IT HAD BEEN UNDER THE WARMER LIGHTS SINCE BREAKFAST. MY ADVICE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
