Ordered on the app, selected the location that I would like to pick from, placed the order, and it instead was directed to the most recent location that I ordered from. To some degree that is my fault, though I assumed that they had hired professional app developers, not high schoolers who wouldn't think to make a notice when the order location was changed. Arrived at the location I attempted to place the order at, they told me it would be ready soon, after 15 minutes of it being ready, they couldn't find it at all and so I double checked and found out where it was actually sent. 30 minutes away. I called them as I got into the car, asked if they wouldn't mind remaking it because I didn't want to eat trash that was sitting out for 45 minutes before I was even able to pick it up, they assured me they would. Of course they lied, and when I got there they handed me the box of garbage, when I got home it was nasty, like I knew it would be hence me requesting they remake it. Unfortunately due to the extra travel time I no longer had time before I had to go to work to request that they fix their mistake. Honestly just amazed by the sheer incompetence, directly being lied to, and the fact that they would send out a pizza that had been sitting outside of the heat on a wire rack for over 40 minutes. Truly bewildering.
Never before have I been met with such Animosity! I just had the absolute worst experience at Dominos. I placed an online order for pizza and Parmesan bites to be delivered to my apartment just up the road. We eagerly awaited our food, only to find out through our phone notification that the order had been delivered without a single knock on our door. When we called the store, they promised to resend the order, but we ended up waiting an excruciating 36 minutes, only to decide to pick it up ourselves out of sheer hunger. The representative, Kyle, was beyond unhelpful and downright rude when we tried to express our frustration. He refused to let us speak to a manager and showed zero empathy for our major inconvenience. To add insult to injury, when we finally got home, the food was ice-cold and needed to be reheated in the oven. They hadn't even bothered to remake our order, serving us nearly two-hour-old pizza instead. It's appalling that Dominos would treat customers this way. I demand proper customer service and an apology from the management. This experience was truly unacceptable. Dominos needs to step up their game.
2nd time ordering took over 1hr. This time i Called and asked to cancel the order due to it being over an hr Person i spoke to didnt even say his name just said kay, its canceled . Retraining or new hire is needed.
Picked up our carryout order. They had an amazing deal 2 med one topping pizzas, garlic knots, cinnamon twist, and a 2 liter soda for $19.99. Definitely scored for dinner for a family of 4. The food was fresh and hot upon pickup. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. Order was ready within 10-20min as mentioned in my order confirmation.
Great Customer Service, definitely coming back to this location
