I visited Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio on October 21 for Fright Fest, and I must say it was a mixed experience. The park was overly crowded, leading to long lines at almost every ride and attraction. Waiting for over an hour in line for food was a significant downside, and it certainly took away from the enjoyment of the visit. Additionally, the issue of people cutting lines was disappointing and made the experience even more frustrating. On top of that, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as they should be. While the Halloween-themed atmosphere was entertaining, the overcrowding and various issues with lines and facilities detracted from the overall experience. The fireworks and drones light show was amazing. Getting out of the parking lot was a horror. We left the park at 11pm and we didn't get out of the parking lot till after 1215am and didn't make it home till 115 am because of 1604 being shut down.
Place has zero capacity. So many people can't walk anywhere. Ride are good. Prices are outrageous but people still buy. They barely check people getting in. So many people everywhere. Can't do anything. Bathrooms are clean. 10/14/23
Customer service is horrible. their call-center and online support are the most worthless people I've ever met or it could be the company that's not in training there employees. They change their promotions daily, so they don't honor things that they say they're going to do which is really frustrating when you drove here with multiple kids and they say they didn't promote that and then you show them an email or a text and they just look at you like deer in headlights and food is disgusting and overprice but I guess it's all about the experience.
I came with my daughter to experience Fright Fest this year. This was our first year since we typically go to SeaWorld for the spooky season festivities. The crowds were low during Fright Fest which was a definite plus! I enjoyed the scare actors in each scare zone the most. They were fun and interactive. While the scare zones were fun I didn't like how the houses are not included with the price of admission. We are season pass holders for the first time this year and will be back to try the houses on our next visit.
