Such a great place! Love the menu and wine choices. Bartender and staff are all excellent. Half price wine on Tuesdays. Under new mgmt. Wine dinners and brunch. Ask for Armando or AJ.

We had the seafood pasta and the scampi pasta and it was amazing!!!

I wanted a special date with my son and we ended up at Santino's/Scuzzi's simply b/c we were out for a Monday lunch, and most local restaurants in Boerne and Leon Springs are closed on Monday's. We were both SO glad this is where we ended up!! The calamari in the appetizer sampler was amazing, as was the marinara sauce that was served alongside it plus the shrimp and fried mozzarella. The clam soup was a bit rich for me, but good for those who like a lot of cream and butter in their soup. Our entree was the 3-cheese manicotti and while it was good, I wish we'd ordered something more interesting. They have a large and classic menu with all the traditional favorites, plus a few more interesting items. My wine was fresh and crisp, and my son devoured his cannoli dessert saying it was fantastic. Best of all, our service was excellent!! We were enjoying a leisurely lunch and dined for over 2 hours. Our server was friendly the whole time, never perturbed, and checked up on us at least a half a dozen times. Prices were comparable to other local Italian places around here. We will definitely be back!! And next time we'll bring the whole family!
