Humphry's - Stoke Poges

Unimaginative food. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

For starters, we enjoyed the pan-fried scallops and Dorset crab—both were exquisitely presented and packed with flavor. For our main course, we both chose the beef, which was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth! The dessert was the highlight of the meal for me—the Humphry's Snickers came highly recommended by a friend, so we decided to share one, but I could have easily eaten the whole plate myself! The entire experience was joyful, from the service to the atmosphere. I can't wait to go back, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. It certainly deserves its three AA Rosettes—and perhaps a Michelin star in the near future!

The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding, thanks to the friendly and efficient staff. The atmosphere is beautifully relaxed. I enjoyed a wonderful Sunday lunch with five choices for each course.
