The Wishing Tree - Stoke-on-Trent

This is the only Chinese restaurant I wanted to visit, especially since I haven't eaten meat since the beginning of 2019. Although I don't typically indulge in many foods these days, I can confidently say that I found this place offers much better food than many other local Chinese restaurants. The owner is a respectable person who enjoys chatting with customers, especially regulars, while still keeping things efficient. I usually order online, and the food is always ready for me when I arrive. For this reason, I give this restaurant a five-star rating as it has consistently provided me with much better Chinese food than many places I've tried.

The first time I take this tonight and it won't be my last. eating was excellent, hot when delivered and good portion sizes. the delivery lasted approx. 30 minutes from the order.

The best Chinese food around! We've been enjoying their dishes for several years. They always go above and beyond to assist their customers, demonstrating a high level of dedication and professionalism. The regular staff is also fantastic!

After facing some initial challenges while restarting post-lockdown, this restaurant has really hit its stride! The service here is exceptional, thanks to the cheerful staff, efficient ordering system, skilled cooks, and prompt delivery. The food quality is outstanding, if not better than before, with freshly prepared dishes loaded with meat and perfectly cooked vegetables. They offer high-quality meals at reasonable prices, making this place a must-visit. It’s conveniently located right in front of the Lichfield Street circular traffic on Potteries Way, opposite Hanley bus station. However, it's worth noting that the building is not accessible for individuals with disabilities. Nevertheless, the staff is committed to maintaining social distancing and strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe dining experience!

We ordered a takeaway online and it was delivered within half an hour which was good. Crispy duck was ok but it was already shredded off the bone which it shouldn't be, it should be left as a whole piece. Chicken satay was good and the sauce was spicey and was so nice that i actually drank it all up. A good takeaway option.
