The White Horse - Stoke-on-Trent

After a disappointing visit to The White Horse just before Christmas, I was contacted by Peach Pubs, the owners, to address the issues I had experienced. I explained my concerns and they generously offered me complimentary drinks in hopes that I would give them another chance. This is what exceptional customer service looks like. We had a delightful evening with excellent service and food. I want to give a special mention to Ellie at Peach Pubs for handling the situation so well - she truly represents the company well!

This restaurant serves delicious food and has the most welcoming bar staff I've encountered this summer. They have a great selection of mini desserts and hot drinks. My friend enjoyed the mini brownie while I tried the smidgen of cheese.

We had a wonderful date night at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and the service was impeccable. Our server, Joseph, took great care of us and we highly recommend visiting just for his exceptional service. We tried a special starter called a lamb scrumpet and it was absolutely delicious! The chef deserves praise for this dish. Hurry in to try it before it's no longer available! My partner is already planning to return tomorrow just for the scrumpet and the tasty Guinness. Thank you, Joseph and team, for making our night special!

Popped in here today for brunch with a friend in the weather. Sat outside with my friends lab and the service was beyond exceptional! All the staff were considerate and very very chatty made us and our dog feel welcome!!! The food is exceptional and the menu will leave you coming back many more times as the choices are great! Definitely something for everyone and the best is the PROPER cater for the Gluten Free!! Make your way over, you won't be disappointed. I cannot rave enough about this restaurant.

Been meaning to pop in here for a while and what a treat it was that we did today! Sat outside, were given blankets, hot water bottles, outdoor heaters to make our stay more pleasant in this ghastly weather!!! The mulled wine on its own is WELL WORTH the visit. The food is exceptional and the menu will leave you coming back many more times as the choices are great! Definitely something for everyone and the best is the PROPER cater for the Gluten Free!! Service is beyond fantastic!!! Make your way over, you won 't be disappointed. Also... Dogs welcome, I mean... what more can one ask!!!!
