Food and customer service. I have a nice dinner here and delivered the nest place, but never again. they ruined my order and couldn't care less, I don't eat dry, unseasoned food so wasted £15! my father thought the fajitas were really bad for £15 even so in the ground £30 plus delivery and fees was wasted so thanks for nothing. picture one is what I should receive vs the shy greuel I got! save her old Paso and buy her old Paso!

My partner and I are a fan of the quarter in hanley so decided to give her sister restaurant an attempt; we were not disappointed! eating is delicious and the portions are huge. I had to go home. the restaurant itself is very stylish and the atmosphere is alive. we will definitely come back. P.S please ignore the negative review, it is from a serial bad reviewer.

I visited my partner, because we loved the neighborhood in hanley and that was just as good here. the portions are huge and the cocktails are divine. there are so many vegan options on the menu. will definitely visit again!

Christmas dinner. I have pre-ordered the only vegan options. Vegetable soup and vegetable cake with vegetables. The soup came with a roll and butter (also the roll was warmer than the soup). The main came as a cake in the middle of a huge Yorkshire pudding and looked like it melted milk cheese on it) someone tasted it and said it was milk. When I frightened her, they went out, came back directly and promised that both things were vegan. Then I asked for a list of ingredients. At this point they came back and told me it was actually vegetarian and took it away. They gave me a new cake, with separate veg (no idea whether the Veg I nibbled was on, while everyone was eating vegan or not) and definitely vegan cheese upstairs. So frustrating. They were marked as the only vegan options.
