The Bakehouse Cafe - Stoke-on-Trent

I love this place, have been here several times and have tried most dinge on the menu, they are always consistently extremely tasty, fresh ingredients and well presented. there are so many other places that are cheap, bland, reheated, tasteless food....that, thank you is not one of them! my favorite is the bowl of steaming mushrooms with garlic and the wonderfully soft brown brot! my niece loves the chip sandwich that should die for her! it is always busy at night, so they come there about 11:30/12 to get a seat, I think the prices and portion sizes are very reasonable for such delicious freshly prepared meals. very quiet atmosphere also, with great table service. a little Jewel hope they never close, or I will eat nowhere when I go to trentham gardens.

I visited this restaurant with my daughter yesterday to celebrate my birthday, and what a fabulous place it is! The atmosphere is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. The beer and bread are to die for! I will definitely be visiting again.
