Contribuiți la feedbackArrived when there was only 2 cars in the drive through and had to wait for 5 minutes before being served and had the person that came after me be served before me. Then had to wait for a further 10 minutes to get to the till to pay, cause they didn’t even sort the people that were there before I made my order. And through out the times I spoke to people they didn’t even seem to want to make to customer welcome to the establishment. Then when I left, the drive through was blocked off, which I can only image is cause they were struggling with the demand of 6-7 customers in the drive through and maybe 3 delivery drivers inside. If they can’t keep up with a quite morning how do you expect to cope with a lunch rush. Wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s.
I'll give 1 star just for short waiting time considering how busy was inside and outside for drive in but the food it was cold and the way they served the salad (in a box for mc nuggets) and the way it was looking was disgusting.
Awful, shocking experience here this evening. Arrived around 6:15pm and it took 45 minutes to get to the window. Asked to park up and waited another 45 minutes to be told my order had been lost. Scores of cars parked up waiting, who eventually either left or went in for a refund. I had the dog in the car and wasn't even in a space so couldn't go in for a card refund so sent the woman in for a cash one. That was bad enough, but made worse by Uber, Just Eat etc coming and going multiple times. One guy took 3 orders while I waited. I'll never go again. Disgusting service.
The wait at the drive thru at this place laughable even if there is just a couple of cars in front you can still be sitting there for an age, then when you finally get to the window it resembles some kind of youth club its no wonder there is regularly that many cars in the que that its not even worth bothering also your order is wrong 9 times out of 10 fast food? joke shop only get 1 star because there is no option to give them none
3rd order in a row missing items. This time one of my kids happy meals is missing. They tell you to get a refund through just eat. How about it’s my KIDS meal missing you send it out and fulfil the order. Instead you don’t care and expect a child not to eat. You don’t answer the phone for calls 95% of the time. Absolute disgrace of a restaurant, the management needs a overhaul and people orders fulfilling 100%.
