Cafe Continental - Stoke-on-Trent

I hadn't been here for a while, I must say how much it has improved, the staff are very friendly, the food is delicious and the cappuccino's are fab. If you're looking for a tasty lunch I highly recommend Cafe Continental. There is no where as good as this in Longton Thank you Cafe Continental :

We have used this Café since it opened and have always been satisfied with both the food and the price. The soups are very tasty and the lobby is fantastic. It is not far from the town centre, tucked away in a side street, which means it does not suffer from heavy traffic sounds.

My wife, her sister and mother call here every Saturday for breakfast/coffee before shopping. I occasionally join them. They all seem to enjoy the various items they have to eat, but I can personally only speak for the coffee. It is Lavazza coffee, so automatically an excellent brew. It still needs to be produced properly, though, and that is certainly the case here.

We visit Cafe Continental every Saturday morning. In fact we go out of our way to make sure we can get there! My caffeine addict husband who has sampled coffee all over the world says Dave's latte is hard to beat. Its not surprising that the shop has won awards. If you are in the Town forget the impersonal chain coffee shops and support our local fair trade barista by making sure you call in and sample the delicious and piping hot coffee menu and the tasty breakfast options. Afternoon tea's not bad either!

Cafe Continental is our regular Saturday lunchtime stop. Food is always good and the coffee can't be beaten. Pleasant staff always make it a pleasure to visit.
