Taco Bell - Stockton

The restaurant was not too crowded when I arrived, and I got my food quickly. It was well done.

I am a recent convert to Taco Bell and never would have expected to say this, but it offers the best value for money. Seriously.

The lobby is open and not too many people got my food fast . Well done

I ordered through the app earlier this evening and on my end the payment went through. on the app it said there was an issue processing the payment. I went to the location to calmly explain the situation to the lady through the intercom and she told me that since it's not in their system and the order is not on their end that I need to contact support through the taco bell app in order to get my money back. I explained to her that I was already charged for the food why can't you just give me my order that I already paid for but they refused to do so.I instead try to reorder at the intercom and they cut me off mid-sentence so I ended up just driving off. I tried to be understanding but why get charged for something and attempt to show them proof, and then not get your order that you were charged for.

This restaurant feels like a Taco Bell from another era that got lost in time. Their operating hours vary depending on who is working that day, and they only accept cash. They seem to have forgotten to include items in my order, despite me paying for them.
