Contribuiți la feedbackMade an order utilizing the App. App gave me a notification that my order was ready for pickup. Showed up at counter and order was not ready. Employee stated working on it and maybe 10 more minute wait. Don 't know if there 's a disconnect because the time of day 4:15pm and on a payday friday, because App and counter service are not synced whatsoever. I give 2 stars because of this. This issue needs to be remedied and looks like an issue from the App side. Employees were getting orders done behind the counter and was greeted by he counter-person. KFC get the app corrected. Employees at this store isn 't the problem and commend them for the hustle.
Good costumer service. Too much FAT on the chicken. Not having KFC, for a while.
Despite being on MLK(you know what people say about MLK street in any city) this play is clean, the workers are diligently doing their jobs and the KFC tasted like KFC should. My customer service experience was really good. I also really appreciate the 10 Tuesday bucket of chicken. We broke out here.
I went to a drive through to ordered because I have bad back and on the end I have to go inside cause they didn't put the sauce nor napkins its always something
My grandmother lost her bank card here and they kept it safe until she realized it was missing. We called and they were very careful about it and made sure we gave the correct name twice. Thank you!
