Unprofessional service. On a trip with my kids and stopped because they are listed as 24 hours. Literally said “we don’t have breakfast, and don’t know when we’ll have it ready.”

I visited this location on 6th august (Tuesday the time was around 11:15 pm . It says it’s open 24 hours I went drive thru but the lady who was taking the order said she can’t take my order because she is currently on her break , there was no cars behind so I said I will wait in the drive thru but then after 2 mins she started taking my order and she was so rude to me , the item I asked she said they don’t have it and when I reached the window she was behaving really rude and did not even give me any napkins or ketchup which I asked and shut the window very loudly as she did not wanted to take my order at all , this was really unprofessional I have never seen any other place doing such thing . The management need to hire good employees if they need the business. I would never come to this location again .

Very bad service I was stopped for more than 10 minutes and they never helped me I will not go to this place again

They always have what i go there for so i thank them for that and not being like md.

Rude customer service plus I was overcharged: I visited this place today on 04/29/2024 around 5:25 PM only to buy one large size french fries and one orange juice. First they prepared my order wrong. Instead of fries they offered me large size of soda and when I told them about their fault, guy did not apologize and filled a box of fries and gave me that and took large soda back but didn’t refund my money. They overcharged $8.15) me too for one large fries and one orange juice. I checked jack in the box prices online and both items’ price add up to $4.79. This review is being left to help people to be extra careful when you order at this place. Obviously mine wasn’t a big order this time but if this overcharge) can happen to a small order, this can happen to big order too. Thank you all, Everybody Stay Safe
