Ihop - Stockton

Just the coffee pots those little ones they use for coffee are so nasty, I didn't drink coffee. Service was ok but they bring the food and leave so fast they don't wait to see if people need something. I wanted a hot souce and sour cream the guy left sofast.

Went there today at 11 and left at 1. the manager was nice and our server was very nice too, but we ordered before two other customers and waited 30 minutes to get our food and they got theirs before us. then when we were finished we waited for ourcheck but our server wasn?t coming around. so we went up to another server by a cashier and she did not turn to acknowledge usor even help us. she was rude and very unprofessional she was older, short. and had short hair. she just bluntly said ?wait, i?mdoing something? and disrespected us in front of everyone.

I called the Hammer Lane location six times before finally reaching someone. The person who answered was rude and said, “Oh well, your loss, I guess." I asked to speak to a manager, but he told me that the manager only works Thursday through Sunday and that no one could assist me. I pressed him again, asking if there was anyone I could talk to about my delivery order, and he claimed, “We don’t take online orders for delivery; you’re lying.” I replied in disbelief, and he hung up on me. I will never deal with this location again. I can’t imagine what it’s like to dine in there if this is how they treat customers over the phone.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! My server was very attentive, and the food was fresh. I ordered the crepe meal, and the eggs were cooked to perfection—no complaints there. Although they were out of the lemon berry topping for my crepe, they substituted it with strawberry, which was still delicious and a great value for the price.

The servers here embody good old-fashioned politeness. The staff truly knows their craft and prepares the food just as you'd expect. This IHOP has consistently been a delightful place to visit for the past 20 years.
