So, not sure if they're under new management or hired new staff but the customer service is subpar ????, and so are the drinks. The prices have increased especially those with coconut pulp which I can handle, but when they fail to put enough coconut in the drink that requires it, is another story, then they try to deny it and don't offer anything to please paying customers! They will also mix/dilute fresh coconut water with sugar water, you can taste the difference, which they'll deny also. O'h yeah I almost forgot to mention, I found a few ants in one my drinks as well. They used to so much better! I used to recommend them for a good dessert drink, but now I don't! Come on guys, you can do better than that! I hope they read these comments to improve things.

Was greeted upon entering. Ordered 4 number 10 and waited 20 minutes before receiving the dessert drink. There were no customers before my order. I was confused as to why it took so long just to make it. The jelly was too chewy and there was no coconut flavor at all. Very bland. A regular cup size was $6 and making it large cost an extra $2.

Most recently, I went there with my wife to order two drinks, and that experience was the final straw for me. My drink tasted like spoiled milk, which was absolutely unappetizing. I’m sorry, but I won’t be returning.

Excellent customer service and a clean, organized environment. I highly recommend this place—it's definitely worth the money! I always enjoy their Strawberry Banana Smoothie.

This restaurant has gradually become one of our favorite spots for drinks. Two of my children really enjoy what’s on the menu, so we try to visit as often as possible. My personal favorites are the almond milk tea and the jasmine tea. My kids consistently order the strawberry milkshakes, which they absolutely love.
