Lottie, a coworker at the Bar Grill, goes beyond and beyond to ensure that customers have a comfortable, pleasant experience. both occasions of my last visits were with close friends, we have connected with lottie and shared similar common thing of work... within customer relations, so we know what is expected by team. new employee charlotte, was particularly rude to visit the last time, not interact with me as a customer. her also new associates when I appeared unrunted when I asked why my soda did not occupy the overallness of the glass, she reacted sharply. lottie has corrected my care and during this second visit mainly, for their interaction with families and deserves recognition for it. she has often checked us through gratitude, not because it was expected from her. each team member hired to use custom should be polite for the people, the new employees should be customer service training. I and my friends would return to the venue. eating, drinks and setting all the rate high and also lottie service.

I went for dinner with friends on 7/9/21. The food was delicious and the waitress was pleasant, but her superior was quite arrogant when we asked if the bill could be split. It was a quiet evening, but he refused to speak to us and responded rudely, a behavior that no restaurant should tolerate. The food, ambiance, and waitress all deserve a higher rating, but none of us had ever been insulted by a colleague before.

First return since lockdown and personal were very helpful to inform us about procedures. Eat quickly, it was hot and delicious. the homemade chips were as I remembered- delicious. my drawn pigs' battle was very tasty and my man said his steak was easy. how he liked it.

My husband and I, along with our two young grandchildren, arrived at this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch. We were pleased with the good selection of reasonably priced dishes with generous portions. I decided to try the chicken burrito, which came with a side salad that was delicious and very filling. I couldn't resist taking a few of my husband's homemade chips. We all left feeling satisfied and full, but a bit disappointed that we couldn't try a dessert because we were so full. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was nice with a few muted TVs in the background.
