Burger King Chandlers Wharf

Food was terrible Gave me the wrong food Smelt awful At Burger King there was lots of bugs and creatures Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were asked to wait by a voice from the speaker to take our order. However, after waiting for 14 minutes with no communication, we grew concerned that the server had left. Despite seeing a staff member behind the counter, we left without being served. We have no explanation for the lack of service and have no plans to return.

Ordered two kids meals, asked for adult cheeseburger meal and was told only kids burgers have cheese so asked for kids cheeseburger with large fries, told no you have to have small fries with cheese burger! Then asked for a flat white coffee, told they are not doing hot drinks anymore. I cancelled order and left will not be returning.

I recently visited this restaurant on July 29, 2021 at 5pm and ordered 3 large cheeseburger meals and a double cheeseburger with a diet coke. Unfortunately, the diet coke was flat so we had to settle for Sprite, which wasn't much better. When we got home and opened the meals, we were shocked. The burgers were dry and not at all what we expected based on the pictures we saw on the wall at the restaurant. We felt like we had been robbed after spending roughly $24 there. We will never return to this place. KFC, you have gained a new customer.

Ordered food through drive thru and first person i see on way in is a member of staff sat having a fag break not appealing and the place from outside looks scruffy ,these burger king places never seem to have the same cleanliness as other fast food outlets maybe thats why they are quiet and cant afford extra staff,food was nice and hot but pricier than most.could be a lot smarter ,service was ok but could do with older experienced staff as seemed plenty of younger staff in here messing about and not taking the job seriously .
