Asda - Stockton-on-Tees

Went here for breakfast and a coffee while we where out shopping, breakfast £6.75 came on a paper plate with wooden cutlery, black pudding hadn’t even seen a grill. I wouldn’t serve this to my dog, embarrassing. Coffee wasn’t even drinkable And cost me £26 for 3 breakfasts and 3 drinks, should of went to a pub. Stay clear of this place..

Terrible long queues not enough staff as they were stacking shelves??? Never again absolutely no help at the tills and no social distances worst shopping trip ever its hard enough to shop in these times and asda are not here to help like they used to be

I visited Asda in thornaby to get shopping for my parents. I dont usually shop in Asda thornaby but my parents live in Thornaby so decided to go here. Of all the stores , even Asda stores that I have been too have I ever experienced a rude and unhelpful check out agent in my life. She was rude when I asked her if she could just put my shopping through a little slower so they didnt pile up at then , its stressful enough shopping in this current covid situation without a checkout person deliberately rushing them through when you have asked if they could slow down a little until I had put them all on the conveyor belt. Even when I started packing them , she threw a bag of potatoes at me!! I told her that her behaviour and verbal rudeness was not acceptable and she continued to say to me your attitude stinks too! I asked for her manager and she said go to customer services. This lady was the rudest person I have ever encountered and she should be repromanded for her actions. How did she know that I wasnt a mystery shopper! I finally got to speak to her manager who you could totally tell that they were friends and the check out lady just sat and grinned. Nothing would have come of this it was obvious from her managers expression but my parents or I will never shop in thornaby again and I hope the store manager reads this because they seriously need to look at who they are employing !

Incredible value, perfectly good breakfast! The pizzas are as good as any restaurant and sooo cheap! Definitely an option as the cheapest pizza takeaway!

Since asda cafe has put up the price of a coffee /now you have too pay an extra 25p for your cup and lid on top of the price of your coffee iv stopped going there ,that is just a ridiculas thing to do .they will be making you pay for your paper plate and knife and fork next ,
